Website measurement
When measurement is enabled, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These services may use first-party browser storage and collect information such as page views, device type, approximate location, referral source, outbound-link activity, and interactions with booking buttons.
The website reports WhatsApp, phone, and directions clicks. It does not send guest names, phone numbers, email addresses, enquiry references, or Google click identifiers as Google Analytics event parameters.
Advertising attribution
A visit from a Google advertisement may include a Google Click ID such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID. The latest available identifier may be stored in this browser for up to 90 days so a later booking outcome can be attributed to the advertisement that generated the enquiry.
These identifiers are used for advertising measurement and offline conversion reporting. This implementation does not use them to build Customer Match lists or collect guest contact details.
Booking contact records
When you tap a phone or WhatsApp booking action, the website records the enquiry time, contact method, an optional WhatsApp reference, a random lead ID, and any available Google advertising identifier in a private Google Sheet.
The Sheet does not collect your name, phone number, email address, message content, IP address, or full browser user-agent string. Its booking-status field is updated to Pending, Booked, or Not booked for advertising measurement.
How the information is used
Information is used to understand website performance, compare phone and WhatsApp enquiries, prevent duplicate lead records, measure which advertising produces confirmed bookings, and improve advertising decisions.
Third-party services
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Google Maps, and WhatsApp. Opening Google Maps or WhatsApp takes you to that provider, where its own privacy terms and account settings apply.

Retention and security
Browser attribution expires after no more than 90 days. Private lead-measurement rows are retained only as long as reasonably needed for booking reconciliation and advertising records and are reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 12 months.
Access to the lead Sheet is restricted to authorized operators and the service account used by this website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Browser controls can restrict cookies or clear locally stored website data. Doing so may reduce measurement accuracy but does not prevent you from calling or opening WhatsApp.
